The staff were courteous, professional, and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience from registration to completion. The report was ready by late evening, reflecting excellent service standards and turnaround time. I arrived with my mother at the center first thing in the morning for a diagnostic test, fasting as instructed. Despite being an early appointee, We were made to wait 5-6 hours on an empty stomach with no updates or explanation. Specially young staff doctors spent most of their time on their phones, ignoring waiting patients entirely. Even basic tests took 4-5 hours unnecessarily, turning a routine visit into a grueling ordeal. This lack of efficiency and patient respect is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. I advise choosing elsewhere for timely service. If this system not organised and put in place immediately by Dr Kapoor….Once upon a time it was a fantastic facility for all advanced Scans…highly disappointed…

I went spiral scan center for my MRCP for my my diagnosis of my gallbladder...& had a wonderful eperience over there...The staff is very cooperative & illustrated me the procedure of MRCP with politeness creating a harmonious, trusting and empathetic relationship with the me...Here, the staff makes the communication easier & more effective, ensuring the patient feels heard, safe and comfortable. He guided me best how these scans can help me diagnosing my health condition and to prevent the further adverse outcomes in future.
