I was admitted to Healing Touch Hospital, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The level of care and hospitality was very poor. Despite being admitted, no one came to check on me properly, and I was not monitored regularly. It felt like the staff was inattentive and unconcerned about patients’ well-being. The nursing response was very slow, and I had to repeatedly call for assistance. There was a clear lack of communication and professionalism. As a patient, you expect basic care, regular check-ups, and supportive behavior — unfortunately, none of that was provided. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience. They seriously need to improve their patient care, staff responsiveness, and overall management.

The hospital’s emergency services were really amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff was very friendly, calm, and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. All of the hospital’s facilities are excellent—clean, well-organized, and well-equipped. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive and caring throughout the experience. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of the entire hospital team.

Dr. Tejender pal Khurana sir is one of the most experienced dr with friendly, polite and very kind nature, treats their patients as their family member and advice best solution for them with minimum medicines. I have 27mm×21mm kidney stone he had removed that in single operation with minimum damage to body. 50% of my tension has been resolved just by discussing the case with him and the operation makes it's 100%.

I hospitalized my father in emergency with very serious pulmonary and urinary problems. He was not able to breath properly and could not urinate for 4 days. He was referred to Dr. Jyoti (Nephrologist) and Dr. Ankur (Chest specialist). The systematic treatment, management, followup and professional expertise of both the doctors and entire staff members helped my father to become physiologically normal and physically fit which seemed to be almost impossible as he is about 80 years old. He has recovered more than 90%. I found this hospital with all the medical facilities and specialists serving the man kind very nicely. I convey my sincere thanks to this hospital and staff members for treating my father with utmost care. Thanks.
