I had a kidney blockage due to stone, and surgery was done successfully.the treatment went very well, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results.the hospital staff was very supportive,caring and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Dr. Prashant and Dr. Navdeep - they counsel their patients very well and make you feel comfortable and confident before the procedure . I highly recommend this hospital , especially the urology department , which is one of the best .

I am writing this with a heavy heart after losing my father due to what I can only describe as gross negligence and unprofessionalism at this hospital. He came in for a routine cancer checkup and never came home. During his 11-day stay, the treatment he received was inhumane: Medical Negligence: They inserted a pipe into his liver which caused a severe, systemic infection. Lack of Basic Care: He was kept without clothes in his room, leading him to develop severe pneumonia. Unskilled Staff: The staff appeared completely untrained. I witnessed them attempting to insert an NG tube (Arty) into his nose twice; it was done so poorly that my father was screaming in agonizing pain. Isolation & Poor Communication: We were barred from the ICU and kept in the dark while his condition worsened. Understaffed & Unprofessional: There is a blatant lack of qualified personnel. It felt as though the patients were merely "experimental objects" rather than human beings. This hospital is a death trap. Once you go in, there is no coming back because they do not prioritize human life. This facility needs to be investigated and closed before another family has to endure this nightmare.
