I had booked a blood sample collection and your team confirmed the collection time between 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM. However, I received a message showing the slot as 8:00 AM, and even till 8:00 AM no one has arrived. If someone requires urgent medical service, such delays are highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Also, while calling your customer care, there is no option to speak with a senior or escalate the issue, which shows poor customer support. Kindly look into this matter seriously and improve your service. Otherwise, patients will be forced to use other service providers.

I’ve been continuously requesting Healthians for 2 years now, to not send phlebotomist Bipin Kumar Sahu to collect sample as he had earlier lost my sample and lied to me about it and stressed me that my reports are off the charts. This happened 2 years ago. Everytime i book i always beg and plead to not send him but looks like he is the only employee they have . Nobody cares about the one booking the test. I’m sure nobody is even going to look in to this matter .. BEWARE while booking with them.

Not at all punctual. Collection agent has no idea of time. Booked a 6-7 slot, person did not even know they needed to come before I called myself at 7

Never get accurate reports. Keeps fluatating. We gave sample in the morning widal typhoid test. Even after 28 hrs fhe customer care says the concerned radiologist is not there to sign hence it's not available. Un reliable completely

Healthians team is a complete fraud when it comes to pregnancy related tests. Please don’t trust them - they booked a wrong despite sharing the prescription with their team. How can they book a wrong test collect my samples n then tell me it’s a mistake???? Like really - that’s how you handle patients. It’s been 7 days since I got my test done n no resolution whatsoever.
