I brought my grandfather to the Hospital of Heart and General Hospital at 12a.m. Even after doing all the tests, they did not discharge him and kept shifting him unnecessarily from one ward to another. The staff never gives satisfactory answers—no one seems to know anything about the discharge process. They keep saying the patient will be discharged but waste the entire day and still do not discharge. They take decisions on their own without involving any consultant and decide what to do with the patient without taking the family’s permission. Even when we refuse, they still do whatever they want and do not listen to anyone. My personal opinion: this is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. There are no proper facilities and the staff is extremely unresponsive.

I am visit this hospital I have Given Blood semple 9.30 Am and other person Giving sample 11,12, AM But these hospital Giving Report At 1.30 *All semple report same Time* WHY ? What's mean early coming patient ? and After 1.30 Pm Doctors lunch time and rest time patient waiting Around 7 Hours for Doctors consultation and consultation fees 500 Keep Trying to best service for the patient #G Bambani

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and there was a long wait time with no proper communication. Overall, the service did not meet basic expectations. I would not recommend this hospital.

Old name: Tongia Hospital. I admitted my patient here under ECHS due to a good feedback of proper care and detailed consultation of Doctors with relative of patient. I am little disappointed due to a brief info when being asked about health and follow up of my patient. Canteen and stay facilities are quite good if being compared.
