Worst experience ever at Soni Hospital. There is absolutely no queue system, no token system, and no proper management. Patients have been waiting since 8:00 AM, and even by 1:00 PM many still did not get their turn. Doctors shows no responsibility or concern toward patients. There are no staff members available to guide patients, leading to total confusion and frustration. Pregnant patients who are 6–7 months along are made to wait for hours without any proper system or support. This hospital shows complete negligence and zero respect for patients’ time and condition. Extremely disappointed. Worst hospital experience. Not recommended at all.
My Father admitted in Soni Hospital for Urine related issues and it was excellent experience from Doctors, Nurses and Support Staff, really Appreciate.
Very bad attitude of doctors. I went in emergency for cardio, staff informed Dr Nikhil Parikh, he was keep on saying he is coming and after they took ecg the staff said come after 2 days, Doctor is on leave today or you can go to other hospital. Then what is emergency for, not serious and extreme irresponsible. Very disappointed. Their tag line should be your life and we dont care.
Excellent hospital with caring doctors and polite staff. Clean facilities and timely treatment. Highly recommended.
