Worst Hospital I've ever been to , my father had cardiac arrest and they did angiography after 13 days just cause he did 27years of service in BSF and had a CGHS card after and on 14 th day they discharged him saying " inko bachana chahte ho to jaldi se surgery karwao" , said that spineless ARUP BANERJI . Please it's a humble request to everyone kindly go to SRN or any government hospital instead of private, believe me you'll have far better treatment of your patient, perhaps that's what most important.
This is a terrible hospital. Nobody listens here. Neither the doctors nor their assistants pay any attention. If you go for a follow-up appointment, they make you wait forever. They take the fee the first time you go, but after that, they don't even let you sit for five minutes. You sit for five minutes, the doctor talks, you don't get a chance to say anything. They prescribe whatever medicine they want, and that's it!I was previously being treated at another clinic. They have all kinds of specialists there. If you go back for a follow-up appointment, you get seen within 5 or 10 minutes. Here, you have to wait in line for two hours. They try to provide all the services here, but it's a very poor quality hospital.
Such a pathetic condition of this hospital. Today I'm visiting this hospital for treatment. I'm a corporate health insurance policy holder this is our insurance network hospital & same liable for cashless treatment. But before patient admission this hospital charges security ammount. Also this hospital TPA person such a unprofessional behaviour. My experience this hospital very poor. I'm not suggested for any treatment this hospital.
Treatment in the hospital went well. I went there with my father for the Angiography the hospital staff was supportive and good. They need to work on the meal for patients.
Pathetic hospital..I have visited the hospital 6/11/25 , after waited from 12:30 to 4 in the evening, the staff told that doctor will not consult in the opd ..the same matter tool up with the doctor who was consulting in opd, Dr himself said ,, he is coming under CGHS , WAPAS KRO INKO... Dr's has been highly regarded in the society..but this sort of behaviour diluted the image. Go to other centre ...not recommended at all
