In this hospital all receptionist are just confused and don't know about the rules and the policies of their own hospital. All the doctors who are on the main post also never come on time. All the doctors are just like brokers. They don't have knowledge about anything...
Extremely Unprofessional and Pathetic Experience This hospital is completely unprofessional and shows zero concern for patients. I visited Shakuntla Hospital today with my friend who was suffering from severe abdominal pain and we suspected kidney stones. The doctor advised ultrasonography and urine culture tests and we paid for both immediately. The urine test was done after 20 to 30 minutes but the real problem started with the ultrasound. The staff sitting in the ultrasound room told us that the sonography doctor was doing puja and would arrive in 30 minutes. We waited patiently but no one came. We waited for another 30 minutes and still no one arrived. When we requested again the staff called the sonographer and then informed us that the doctor was not coming. After we strongly objected the staff spoke to their senior and assured us that a new sonographer would arrive within 20 minutes. We waited again with no clear information. Finally after wasting a long time the sonography doctor arrived around 12 30 PM. By then we had already been made to wait excessively without any communication or professionalism. This hospital has no coordination no accountability and no respect for patients time or condition. Giving false assurances while patients are in pain is shameful. I strongly advise people to avoid this hospital. Not recommended at all.
