I am very satisfied with the services of all departments. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are very cooperative, professional, and helpful. The coordination between departments is good, and patient care is handled efficiently. The cleanliness, discipline, and response time are also commendable. Overall, my experience with the hospital has been very positive, and I appreciate the efforts of the entire team. Thank you for providing such quality healthcare services.

I request with folded hand not to visit this hospital, especially Gynecologist Hatwar mam. Experience is very bad, specially for CGHS patient. She is greedy and arrogant. She is outplayed by her EGO. Never ever visit this doctor. This not for any enmity but for experience we received in this hospital. We want no one should go through this what we have gone. Hope doctor will understand and change her behavior towards patient. We expect little humanity. All is not about money and profit.

1. Cockroach Infestation: There were a large number of cockroaches in the Ladies General Ward. I stayed there for nearly 4–5 hours, which was extremely unhygienic. "The following incidents occurred in the ICU and ICU Daycare Ward:" 2. Delay in Medicines: Medicines were not administered on time. I informed both the doctor and nurses at around 4:00 PM that I was suffering from loose motions, but despite informing them, the required medication was not provided. 3. Serious Negligence in Insulin Management: On the day of admission in the evening, I handed over my insulin bottle along with the ice pack to the nursing staff and clearly instructed them to store it in the refrigerator. However, the next day I found that the insulin was kept outside, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Additionally, it was evident that someone had tampered with my insulin pen, as the dose dial was found set at 27–29 units, which I had not done. This reflects a serious breach of medication safety. Later, when my insulin injection was due, I called the nurse four times, but no one responded. Eventually, the nurse told my sister to inform me to administer the insulin myself, which is completely unacceptable for an ICU patient. Furthermore, I was asked to bring my own blood sugar testing kit from home. I had to monitor my blood sugar myself and report the readings to the staff, which shows gross negligence and lack of standard ICU care. 4. Delay in Night Insulin (Lantus): My Lantus (night insulin) was scheduled at 9:30 PM. I personally went to the ICU nurse station, but the nurses were not present as they were having dinner elsewhere. A boy present there informed me that he would confirm and update me, but no response was given until 11:00 PM. I had to go again and enquire. Such delays in insulin administration can be dangerous and life-threatening for a diabetic patient. 5. Improper IV Saline Procedure: The nurses were unable to locate a vein for saline administration. One nurse attempted three times, causing severe pain. Due to this, I had to request them to continue the saline through my already swollen hand, increasing discomfort and risk. 6. Insufficient Nursing Staff: The number of nurses on duty was inadequate. We had to call them 3–4 times repeatedly to receive basic assistance, which is unacceptable in an ICU setting. 7. Poor Cleanliness and Hygiene: The washroom was cleaned only once in 24 hours. A used adult diaper remained unattended in the ICU washroom for more than 10 hours. Later, the cleaning staff disposed of it in an open dustbin inside the ICU Daycare Ward, where it remained for another 24 hours, creating a severely unhygienic environment. 8. Unprofessional Behaviour in ICU at Night: During night hours, staff were loudly chatting and laughing inside the ICU ward, as if it were a garden or common area.
