I had a very good experience during my hospital stay under Dr. Saurabh Jaiswal. The treatment was excellent and he conducted daily rounds, ensuring that my condition was monitored closely. Proper medications were given on time and all my queries were patiently answered. The nursing staff took very good care of me and were always supportive. The hygiene in the hospital was well maintained throughout my stay. A special thanks to Dietician Trupti Kadu and the entire dietician team. They were very attentive to my diet needs until discharge. My diet was regularly modified according to my condition, which really helped in my recovery. Overall, I am grateful for the care and support provided by the entire team.
