"I would not recommend Invitro Laboratory Ahmedabad in emergency situations. I have booked my sample collection appointment four times, but no one has come to pick up the sample from my home. Very disappointed with their unreliable and poor service."
The service has absolutely declined! We have been using them for years but this time when I used them for my annual physical test- I scheduled a home blood draw and they canceled on me twice, didn’t even call to say they were not coming even when I had fasted tests which meant I had to fast for three mornings in a row waiting on the associate to come for the service. Upon coming the associate was in such rush that he caused immense pain as his hand kept moving the entire time he drew blood. Utterly inexperienced and highly irresponsible in their conduct. Adding a picture of the aftermath of the painful appointment. The horror was not over, they did not send the pdf of the report even after full payment. We had to call them to recieve the report to which they took zero responsibility with no regrets. Still have not received the report and the aftermath has not healed. Steer clear if you wish to save your time, money and heart ache.
Worst telephonic discussion! They even don’t know timing of reports when it comes! They even don’t know pricing! They don’t have perfect time communication towards their executive who collect blood samples! Worst Telecome operator!
