I went to see Dr Satish Jain with a nasal problem which had been with me for the last twenty years.Each year it had been getting worse to the point where breathing was a difficulty. one would operate and alleviate my symptoms .Dr Satish Jain put me at ease and assured me that my age was not a problem if I was fit enough.The operation was a complete success and there were hardly any after effects. His bedside manner is excellent and he is very self assured in his skill as a surgeon.I cannot praise him enough and had excellent care at vision hospital.

I had an excellent experience with Dr.Satish jain one of the best ENT specialists I have ever met. From the very first consultation, the doctor was extremely patient, attentive, and professional. He listened carefully to all my concerns, explained the condition in simple words, and guided me with the best treatment options. The way he combines medical expertise with kindness and empathy truly makes patients feel comfortable and confident. The Hospital was well-organized, the staff was supportive, and the treatment results were very effective. I am highly satisfied and grateful for the care I received. I would strongly recommend Dr.Satish jain to anyone looking for an experienced and trustworthy ENT doctor.

I visited Jain ENT Hospital because I had a severe cold and was experiencing ear pain. The doctor immediately advised a CT scan and an allergy test without first trying proper medication. When asked, I informed them that I was already taking medicines for cold. I was sent to a diagnostic center right in front of the hospital, where they quoted ₹4500 for the tests, which felt unnecessarily expensive. After questioning, a 10% discount was arranged, which itself felt odd. After reviewing the reports, the doctor said I had sinus problems, dust allergy, and recommended surgery. This made me uncomfortable, so I consulted another ENT doctor. The second doctor clearly told me that an allergy test is not reliable when a patient is already on medication and said surgery was not needed at all. I was prescribed medicines for 10 days, and my condition improved. What was most concerning is that I observed that almost 8 out of 10 patients were being advised allergy tests. If there is commission involved, doctors should still prioritize patient care over profit. My honest recommendation: Please take a second opinion before proceeding with tests or surgery here. My experience felt more money-oriented than patient-oriented. Through professionalism i cnat mention doctor name.

Worst hospital ever. The staff does not know how to treat patients at all. The management has no respect for their customers/patients. They make fake promises and do not deliver. They have insane waiting lines and no clear mention of when the doctor will see you. They’ll make you wait whole day and just keep extending the timings every hour after hour. I do not recommend this place at all. They need to change how they operate and manage crowds otherwise people should be ready to get humiliated by the staff. Idk why the govt body responsible for looking after private hospital has ignored this crowded unhygenic disrespectful place calling themselves a hospital.
