Great experience at KKR Urology & General Hospital in Bapu Nagar, Jaipur. Dr. K.K. Sharma (MS, MCH - Urology) is an excellent doctor who listens to patients very patiently and diagnoses problems with great expertise. He treats with honesty and does not mislead patients (Gumrah karne ka kaam nahi hai). His calm and understanding approach makes the treatment process very comfortable. The hospital is well-maintained, I highly recommend this hospital and Dr. K.K. Sharma for anyone seeking quality urological care in Jaipur.

This hospital is completely money-minded and treats patients like a lottery. The doctors and staff are more focused on extracting money rather than providing proper care. It is extremely expensive but doesn’t even have the basic facilities you would expect from such a costly place. Their services have not been upgraded in years, but the charges keep going up. Patients’ health and well-being are not their priority – only money is. Highly disappointing and not recommended at all.

The hospital lacks parking amenities, and the communication skills of the staff, particularly at the reception, leave much to be desired. The receptionist's demeanor is notably impolite.

Worst behavioral experience. My father underwent prostate surgery at KKS Urology General Hospital in June 2025. Unfortunately, our post-surgery experience was very disappointing. Reports of *same laboratory* that were earlier accepted (before surgery) and after surgery the reports of same laboratory is rejected. This led to additional expenses and unnecessary delays in treatment. In our opinion, this approach did not feel patient-friendly and gave us the impression that financial considerations were being prioritized over patient care. We expected more transparency and consistency from the hospital. I am sharing this so that other patients and families are aware and can make informed decisions.

worst experience ever my mother went there for some issues related to post RT treatment but they didn't pay proper attention even when i take my mother there in emergency they don’t have any well trained staff for emergency situations and the staff was totally blank they didn’t do anything like seriously at least try to do what ever you can but they wore totally blank ,they didn’t even tried
