I recently visited Jaipur National University Hospital, and overall, I would rate it around 4 stars. The hospital is associated with Jaipur National University, which adds a level of credibility and trust in terms of medical expertise and academic backing. The hospital has a good number of beds and handles a steady flow of patients across departments. It offers essential amenities like OPD services, diagnostic labs, pharmacy, and emergency care, which are all functioning properly. The doctors and medical staff are knowledgeable and supportive, and you can feel that the institution focuses on both treatment and medical training. That said, the maintenance of the hospital could definitely be better. Some areas feel a bit worn out and not as clean or organized as you would expect from a top-tier facility. However, it is still manageable and doesn’t majorly affect the treatment experience. Overall, if you are looking for decent and affordable healthcare with qualified doctors, this hospital is a solid choice, though there is room for improvement in infrastructure and upkeep.

The staff here are not listening properly to patients or attendants. The work is extremely slow, and a lot of time gets wasted in every process. The baby ward is very dirty and not properly sanitized. Hygiene conditions are poor, and cleaning is not done regularly. Overall, a very disappointing experience — the management really needs to improve staff behavior, cleanliness, and hospital services.

The doctors are experienced, patient, and explain the treatment process properly, which gives confidence and satisfaction to patients and their families. The nursing staff and other hospital employees are polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. Registration and billing processes were managed smoothly, and the facilities provided were modern and organized. The rooms and waiting areas were comfortable, and cleanliness was maintained throughout the hospital. One thing that could be improved is the waiting time during peak hours, as it can sometimes take longer than expected. Apart from that, the quality of treatment and patient care was commendable. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I would recommend this hospital for good medical care and professional service.

Worst services and illiterate staff. People/employees come here for the sake of their job. No one cares about patients. Here's the video of plastic surgery ward where patients are supposed to rest but they are busy in moving chairs for upcoming doctors seminar. Toilets are not for human use, you will definitely get sick
