I had an excellent experience at Jawahar Eye Hospital with Dr. Madhuriya Kumar Gupta. From the moment I arrived, the staff was polite, helpful, and well-organized. Highly disorganised hospital. The phone numbers given in ads are never answered. No clear directions upon reaching the hospital in person. Arrogant staff especially the person dealing with Ayushman Bharat desk. They don't seem to be facilitating the scheme given by govt. No clarity is being given about the scheme.
