Visioncare Super Speciality Eye Hospital

I had redness , watering and swelling in my eye and Visioncare eye hospital provided excellent care . The doctor diagonals the issue quickly and started the right treatment the symptoms improved within a few days great service and professional staff.

I came today for an eye checkup and had a really good experience. Both Iqra and Shariq, the optometrists, were super polite and did a great job during the test. When I told Dr. Shakeel that I’m also a doctor, he very kindly refunded my consultation fee — which honestly was a really nice gesture. Overall, the staff was friendly, professional, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend this place for eye checkups!

Service provide is very slowly & Doctor faculties is not responsible behaviour..,.. Wish that can give them negative rating. There is no sequence as all goes based on their staff choice, no sense of people time. They expect people to come with a time 3-5hrs. Not worth ur time as there is so much mismanagement. They could have easily solve same by mentioning time on patients paper for that day the 1st test, dilation time etc to prioritize / sequence the patients but after 1st call for eye checkup its all in hands of their staff which is completely mismanaged. They dont understand that people have limited time & have other things to go

The staff was cooperative and caring, and the hospital was very clean and well organized. I am very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to others." "The doctors were professional and gave good advice, but the waiting time was quite long. I would suggest improving the appointment system for better time management. Apart from that, the treatment and facilities were good.
