JDAR Pathology Lab

I visited this Lab this morning for a Covid Test. I was quite surprised that the testing was going on on the street outside the compound of the Lab Building. There was no sanitising of the patients as they came in or of the area after each patient. The person taking the test was handling paperwork, cash and testing material without changing his gloves or sanitising. People coming in to get the test were freely entering the tent to pick up forms etc. Although we filled out the form given there was no checking done and also no questions asked about the pre-conditions of the patients, which are in the form but that portion we see only on the form online. The report form is filled haphazardly with only throat swab given though nasal also taken. The report of the doctor and his signature is missing. I think, though the rates are that fixed by the government, facilities are not adequate and one is not sure whether the result is accurate. I am still waiting for mine which was supposed to come in this evening

So unprofessional staff. They are cheating their Cx. Gone their for Covid vaccination after booking an appointment from cowin. First they told to wait, because portal is not working. then they told that they will give dose, and do paper work manually, and will share certificate tomorrow... but at same time, one person come with someone's reference, got vaccinated within minutes and got the certifcate as well, and we were waiting from hrs. They create so busy environment, but in actual, they are just making fool of people.

These guys are so unprofessional despite working at posh location, reports delivery is super delayed not showing even on their portal itself and staff each time give commitment it will be sent on your mobile number and email as well. I am wondering if their reports would be accurate or not if these guys are so lost....would not recommend this lab services to anyone. I am still waiting for reports which is more than 48 hr now...

I took covid test in this lab on 15th April, 2021 and they promised to provide the report either on same day or next day but they are too slow. They are just giving assurance that they will give the report by 4 PM, by 8 PM.... Even after 48 hours, report is not provided. And the staff member is not even picking there call. I am gonna file a FIR on them very soon.
