Everyone here is very cooperative and truely professional and very kind💕 The only problem is with the 2 receptionists (1male and 1female) they both are very inconsiderate and they had very rude behaviour towards patients,they dont care about anything I was standing there for almost 20 mints with the form on my hand to give them but both of them were just looking at their computers and ignored me like i dont exist...they were rude to everybody there and not just me. No idea what they have done in life to have this sort of attitude and ignorance while working at a place where people are alreay in stress!! Other than these two fellows everybody their was excellent! All the doctors,compounders,co doctors everybody👏 I was a little scared going for mri as it was my first time experiencing it but the fellow doctors and compounder made me soooo comfortable and i felt no fear they were checking on me continuously and were best🥰They also gave me discount which was again commendable as they already have very reasonable price compared to others👏🥰I recommend this place to everybody💕PLEASE VISIT💕

I had a very disappointing experience at Sarvodaya Imaging Centre, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for timely and respectful medical service. I had taken my father for an appointment scheduled at 1:00 PM. Despite reaching well on time and prior online payment we had to wait for more than three hours before his turn came. The whole appointment system was poorly managed, and there was no regard for prior bookings. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s rude and indifferent behavior. As a concerned son, I politely asked them for updates multiple times, but they either ignored me or responded very rudely. It was extremely frustrating, especially in a healthcare facility where patients and their families are already under stress. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed completely unbothered by the delays. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism, and it felt like they lacked both proper training and basic courtesy. For a medical centre, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Unless major improvements are made in both staff attitude and service management, I wouldn’t recommend Sarvodaya Imaging Centre to anyone.

Had my MRI at Sarvodaya — excellent service! The staff were polite, caring, and professional. Especially Mr Devendra was very supportive. Clean facility, smooth process, and report delivered on time. Highly recommended for reliable and patient-friendly diagnostics.

I had an appointment here at 9:30 Am for MRI ( left knee ) and the experience was truly great . There was hardly any wait time and I was told to change into the console room clothing and was in for the MRI screening . The reception counter was a bit inconsiderate but the consultant doctors and all were very cooperative and took care of all the details . The total process of MRI was around 15-20 mins long and then the results were provided in the form of films and a CD within a short wait time . The only downside was the maintenance of washrooms which was very dirty . Rest the experience of MRI was smooth and very good . Edit: changed the stars from 5 to 3 ! The report for my MRI is very late and it’s been around 2 days but there’s no sign of my MRI report .
