Great experience It's a very good hospital. It's much better than before. The outpatient department has been completely separated...it has a separate building. Receipts are issued on the ground floor, and Madam Dipa Balani also sees them nearby. Sonography is done on the first floor, blood tests are done on the ground floor, and urine tests are done underground. Everything is done in the outpatient department building. If you're a government employee, your RGHS card is also accepted. I visited the hospital, and it's a very good one.

From the very beginning of my pregnancy until delivery, ( Dr. DEEPA BALANI ) Ma’am guided me with exceptional care, patience, and professionalism. She handled every situation calmly and reassured me at every step, which gave me immense confidence and peace of mind. No matter how many questions I had, she always answered them patiently and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. During the operation, her presence felt nothing less than divine in that moment, I truly felt I saw God in her. I am deeply grateful. The hospital facilities were excellent, and the entire staff was extremely supportive, kind, and well-coordinated. Overall, my experience was beyond expectations, and I will always remain thankful for the care and respect I received.

Poor communication and unreliable scheduling. After confirming Dr. Deepa Balani's presence over the phone yesterday, I made the long journey from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. Upon arrival, I was informed she is unavailable. It is unacceptable for a hospital to give false information to patients traveling from far away. This has caused significant mental and physical strain. Management needs to ensure their staff provides accurate doctor schedules.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL VERY BAD HOSPITALITY, VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR No care at all ..didnt even look or took action as my friend was waiting there ..sitting alone after her accident .. and nurse says that there are only minor injuries and it doesnt need any first aid or xray and just didnt attend her at all... how do you even know that there are no internal injuries. later my friend had to move to different hospital by herself onlyy..

My experience with Dr. Deepa Balani ma’am has been excellent. Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nursing Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hospital is not greedy and truly focuses on patient care. The chances of normal delivery are also higher here. Both of my children were born here. Even though I had high sugar and high BP during pregnancy, I still had normal deliveries. I am very grateful to Jeevan Jyoti Hospital for their care and support. Highly recommended!
