I visited this hospital today with my mother for her eye treatment. We reached at 10 AM, but the management was extremely unorganized. Different staff members gave different instructions regarding eye drops. One person said to put one drop 20 mint gap, then two others said to put both eye drops with a 5-minute gap. Later, another staff member told us not to put any drops at all. There was no clear communication. When I asked at 1:18 PM, they said “3 patients more.” Even after 2:30 PM, the same answer was given. We kept waiting without any proper update or timeline. Very disappointing experience. Hospital administration seriously needs to improve coordination and patient handling. If a hospital is empanelled under ECHS, all patients should be treated equally and with dignity. Senior citizens should not be made to wait like this without proper communication. May be the hospital has good doctors, but the administration seriously needs improvement in patient handling and communication
