Dr. Parul Garg was very good and handled my mother’s gallbladder surgery very well. We are satisfied with the treatment and the overall hospital facilities were also good and well maintained. However, the blood sample collection department needs improvement. After blood was drawn, my mother’s arm remained swollen and painful, which has been uncomfortable for her. I hope the hospital improves this department so patients receive better overall care.
