My mother was diagnosed with uterine cancer in an emergency condition, and the hospital referred her here. I had heard that no middle-class person wants to go to a government department, but today I have experienced it myself at Kamla Nehru Hospital. Here, for the first 10 days, they keep making the patient run around and make the patient even more sick. The officials, staff, nurses, and team are extremely rude. They are just taking money under the government Ayushman scheme. They call it a private executive room, but the patient is literally being tortured. This hospital is making sick people even more sick instead of treating them. One fingerprint machine does not accept anyone’s fingerprint, but another machine does. Now their machine is faulty, yet a seriously ill patient has to go to the Aadhaar office. I pray to God that one day they also have to face the same system and suffer the same way with their own mother. 😥😡😭🙏🏻

Very bad Hospital. There is so much carelessness(Don't come here for delivery). In the reception in the emergency very rude behaviour they talk like ki we ahesaan kar rahe ho aap pr cost is above than any private Hospital. But facility is below the level.
