I recently had my SILK LASIK procedure at Kapil Eye Care and my experience was excellent. Dr. Kapil Vohra and Dr. Bhavleen Kaur were highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained every step clearly and answered all my questions patiently. Special thanks to Kumkuk Verma from the supporting staff as well — very polite, helpful, and attentive. The clinic is well-organized, hygienic, and runs very smoothly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the treatment and care I received. Highly recommend Kapil Eye Care to anyone considering vision correction surgery!

We had a truly heartwarming experience at Kapil Eye Hospital. Our journey began online, where the team went above and beyond to guide us through the medical visa process and every detail of our upcoming consultations. As foreigners, navigating healthcare in a new country can feel daunting, but the moment we stepped through the doors, all that stress vanished. We felt genuinely welcomed, seen, and cared for—the entire staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home. Dr. Amit is not only an expert in his field but was also incredibly gentle and amazing with our daughter. He has a wonderful way of making children feel safe and comfortable. We are so grateful for the professional and compassionate care we received here. We highly recommend Kapil Eye Hospital.

Very disappointing experience at Kapil Eye Hospital. I was waiting for more than three hours, and there was absolutely no proper system in place. It clearly felt like known patients were being seen first, while others were left waiting without any transparency. There is no proper tracking system for patient files, and the staff had no idea where my file was. When asked, the nurses and staff did not respond properly and gave no clear updates. For a medical facility, basic organization and patient management should be a priority. Long waiting time is understandable sometimes, but lack of communication and poor management is not acceptable. Overall, very unprofessional experience. Needs serious improvement in staff coordination and patient handling.

I reside in Canada and came here to get my LASIK contoura done. We’ve previously come here for my father’s cataract surgery as well. The experience every time has been seamless and everyone from staff to doctor are the most kind and attentive people. 10/10 from me.

My mother went to kapil Eye hospital for cataract surgery and she is very happy after surgery.The quality of lens provided by hospital is very superior.staff is very cooperative specially chetan sir who has managed all things very well.i will recommend everyone for best results.
