My father ,Mr jasbir singh had cataract surgery with a multifocal lens at this eye hospital, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. From the initial consultation to post-operative follow-up, the doctors and staff were professional, supportive, and patient-friendly. The procedure was smooth and painless, and we were well guided at every step. His vision has improved remarkably for both near and distance without dependency on glasses. I truly appreciate the care and expertise of the entire team and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone considering cataract surgery. Thanks to Dr Nishant Sood and PC sharam eye hospital for the best eye care

I have been receiving treatment for glaucoma at this eye hospital, and I am very satisfied with the care I have received. From the initial diagnosis to my ongoing follow-up visits, the doctors and staff have been professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate Dr neha sharma took the time to clearly explain my condition, the risks involved, and the available treatment options. I appreciated how thoroughly my eye pressure tests, visual field tests, and scans were conducted. The staff ensured I understood how to use my eye drops correctly and emphasized the importance of regular monitoring. Appointments are well organized, and waiting times are reasonable. The nurses and technicians are friendly and make patients feel comfortable during procedures. Glaucoma can be a stressful diagnosis, but the team here has helped me feel reassured and confident that my vision is being carefully monitored and protected. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing glaucoma evaluation or treatment. Thank you Dr neha for the best eye care

Very disappointing and disturbing experience. I took my mother for an eye check-up on 28 January (evening). She was already unwell with fever and cough. Instead of showing empathy and patience, Dr. Neha Sharma spoke in a harsh and disrespectful tone, which was extremely upsetting for a patient who was already sick. When my mother coughed, the manner in which precautions were communicated felt humiliating rather than professional. A doctor’s responsibility is not only medical expertise but also calm and respectful communication. In response to the clinic’s explanation about protecting other patients: at the time of our visit, the hospital was completely empty. There was not a single patient present — neither inside the doctor’s consultation room nor in the waiting/ward area outside. Therefore, that justification does not align with what we personally witnessed. You may kindly review your CCTV footage of that date and time for clarity. Regarding glaucoma (Kala Motiya), it was not explained as a mild suspicion. We were given a test date and clearly told that treatment would begin after the tests were done. This created a clear understanding that my mother had a serious eye condition. However, after consulting two independent and qualified eye specialists in Chandigarh, both thoroughly examined her and confirmed that her eyes are completely normal, with no signs of glaucoma. This raises a straightforward question: If there was no glaucoma and no clinical issue at all, on what medical basis were paid tests scheduled and treatment planned? My mother was already physically unwell, and being told she had a serious eye disease caused unnecessary fear and mental stress, which worsened her condition. We deeply respect the medical profession, but trust is built on accuracy, transparency, and compassionate behavior. Unfortunately, in our experience, that trust was shaken. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to reflection.

I recently underwent cataract surgery with a monofocal lens implantation by Dr. Nishant Sood, and my experience was excellent. Dr. Sood explained the entire procedure clearly and helped me understand the benefits of the monofocal lens option. The surgery was smooth, quick, and completely painless. The hospital staff was very supportive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Post-surgery care and follow-up were also handled very well. My vision has improved significantly, and I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Nishant Sood and the hospital for anyone considering cataract surgery or monofocal lens implantation.
