Special thanks to Sandeep at the reception who patiently listened to everything, guided us step by step, and explained the entire process clearly. Despite how busy they were, every staff member treated us with kindness and urgency. Next, the optometrist team conducted a very detailed examination of my grandmother’s eyes. They checked every aspect thoroughly without rushing, which really showed their professionalism and care. After that, we met Dr. Ajay Kapoor, who not only examined her eye carefully but also immediately called Dr. Anirudh Kapoor for a joint evaluation. Both doctors were very gentle, calm, and highly knowledgeable. They explained the condition in detail — that my grandmother’s eye pressure had risen suddenly, causing pain and vision loss in her right eye and the right side of her face. Without wasting a single minute, they instructed their medical team to start the necessary treatment right away. Their quick decision and teamwork gave us immense hope. The entire staff worked together seamlessly to ensure my grandmother received the best possible care. Within a short time, her pain began to reduce, and we could see the positive impact of their prompt action. Got my lasik done a few days ago. Dr. Anirudh Kapoor is an excellent doctor who took me through precise explanation of how the procedure would feel like. The operation was super smooth and I didn't feel any pain. It completed in 30 minutes. I recovered quickly and started having a clear vision the next day itself. I think this procedure makes everything very convenient. Travelling, swimming, and experiencing life in general becomes better. Over all great experience !
