(1) My sincere Thanks to Dr. SAGAR GUNDEWAR, the Doctor who performed my surgery of cyst (Ganth) on shoulder at back, is not only a skillful and efficient doctor, but a down to earth, polite, egoless, soft spoken, and good human being, who knows how to respect as well as be friendly with a senior citizen patient like me. (2) MS. RUPALI, Receptionist - the face of the hospital, inspired, convinced, motivated me and assured me of the best services of the hospital. Rupali always filled with enthusiasm is very helpful to every patient. She did all the formality of paper work very smoothly. (3) MR. AKRAM, another front desk Face of the hospital, is also a very helpful, cooperative and understanding person, whom I admire. He has good coordination power. (4) The total environment of the hospital is hygienic, clean and being taken care of. For medicines the medical store is also available just opposite the reception counter. (4) DR. SHUBHAM who visited my room 2-3 times is really a trustworthy personality, whom you can always trust. (5) DR. SUCHIT AWANTI, the Diabetiologist, has a pleasing and always smiling amazing personality, who analysed my sugar related matters very well. (6) The ground staff sisters like MS. ANURADHA, MS. GRACE, MS. DEEPTI were very helpful, polite, kind and were available in friction of seconds, at 2nd floor, where I was admitted. After my surgery, one sister assisting doctor, also helped and dropped me till my room on the Wheel Chair from OT. Helper MR. PALASH, and MAUSHI MANGALA/ANJANA sincerely cooperated me. (7) My case was a mediclaim case, which was handled by MR DINESH, who is a very polite, friendly and fast worker. Mr Dinesh handled my case and got it sanctioned within 1 and a half hour, which proves his knowledge in this field of insurance. Thanks to him. The hospital is open 24x7. As per my knowledge hospital is owned by two partners Dr. Sagar Gundewar and Dr. Sarabjeet Singh Kohli, both are very good human beings with great values and thoughts. They will ask you to treat whatever is necessary and actually required for you, not just to increase their business or Hospital bills.
