I was referred to Samarth Eye Care & Laser Center for my mother’s cataract surgery by our family doctor, Dr. Dilip Bhute, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Dr. Priya and Dr. Sameer Sawant are extremely professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. My mother underwent cataract surgery for both eyes, two months apart, through a cashless mediclaim facility. The team managing the insurance and mediclaim process was incredibly supportive and made everything smooth and stress-free. What truly surprised me was that after the surgery, the clinic allowed us to go home and focus on recovery even though the full payment had not yet been received from the insurance company. They simply told us that if anything remained payable, it could be settled later — a level of trust and patient-first care I experienced for the first time. The clinic itself is modern, very neat, and well-maintained. In my opinion, it stands out as one of the best clinics in the Kalina and Vakola area. Overall, our experience was excellent — the doctors and staff were kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I would definitely recommend Samarth Eye Care & Laser Center to my family and friends for cataract surgery whenever needed.
