I am suffering from severe bleeding .in this hospital diagnosed with adenomyosis and treatment adviced me to d and c and heteroscopy but before heteroscopy and d and c ,some investigation adviced to me and in that part after investigation, suggest to go on second floor for physician consultation by dr. Harshvardhan bora Sir, but at this point I am very suffered by excessive bleeding and waiting from 3:05 pm to 5 pm for doctor but at 3:05 pm when I asked to receptionist about doctor she just asked me for waiting till 4:30 pm but no sequencial no. Enrolled by receptionist and that point I broke up completely as it is very worst situation that receptionist not coordinating the person who are already suffered. After asking many time my file given to sister for enrolling and she told me to wait again for 1 and half hour .this is my humble request ,please guide patient with proper instructions ,don't break patience of one person who is suffered with problem ,have some huminity.kingsway hospital nagpur is good but receptionist of room no. 203 is not good.

I am vipin I was admitted to KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals for treatment of chronic appendicitis under the care of Dr. Sushil Lohiya. I had been suffering from severe right lower abdominal pain and fever. From the time of admission, the hospital staff was very supportive and attentive. All investigations and treatment were done promptly and professionally. Dr. Sushil Lohiya is highly experienced, calm, and very clear in explaining the condition and treatment plan. The surgery was successful and my recovery has been smooth. The nursing staff and hospital management were cooperative throughout my stay. I am very thankful to the entire team for their excellent care and support. I would highly recommend this hospital for general and laparoscopic surgeries.

The doctors and medical staff were highly experienced, calm, and caring. What impressed me the most is that even on Sunday, all services were available without any delay. One star and mainly because of the behavior of the boy sitting in the counter of 2nd floor. I went to this hospital for my mother's some issue related to surgery. We consult a doctor of surgery department, instead of examining the issue himself he ask us to do some tests and surprisingly some of that tests were not related to the problem. As we went for the tests in the afternoon and the test reports takes some time so we asked in the reception for consult the doctor again to clear some of our queries. But the boy sitting at the reception was so rude that he don't know how to talk with others, even we asked a nurse for the same and she went near that boy to take permission and that boy rudely refused that nurse also. and we were forced to wait for 4hr and after the reports came the doctor was not there so they send another lady (i don't know who she was, nurse, doctor or what) she suggest us to take admission immediately. But due to this type of behavior i thought to avoid this hospital as well as the doctor. The ratings for the hospital like one star two star are true. They really deserve that.
