KMCT Hospital, Manassery, my experience was reassuring and respectful throughout the entire treatment period of my family member. Being a bystander in a hospital can be emotionally draining, but the supportive environment at KMCT helped reduce much of our anxiety. From the first day itself, the hospital impressed us with its cleanliness, organization, and calm atmosphere. The wards, corridors, and waiting areas were well maintained, which gave us confidence in the hospital’s commitment to hygiene and patient safety. The nursing staff was attentive and caring, regularly checking on the patient and responding quickly whenever help was needed. Their polite and compassionate behavior made a difficult situation more bearable for both the patient and our family. The doctors at KMCT Hospital were approachable and transparent in their communication. They took time to explain the patient’s condition, treatment plan, and progress in a clear and honest manner, which helped us understand what to expect and eased our fears. We are very thankful to the doctors, especially Dr. Nithin G and the Orthopaedic team, for their good care and support. We also appreciate the nurses and all staff in the 6th ward( new block ) for their kindness and consistent care. As a suggestion, increasing the number of nursing staff would help in providing better and faster service to patients. Overall, we are satisfied with the care and treatment provided. I had a generally good experience at KMCT Hospital. The medical staff, especially the doctors and nurses, were professional, attentive, and caring. The treatment process was smooth, and the hospital environment was clean and well-maintained.

Dr. Basheer and all his team provide me a successfull surgery. Nursing staffs are friendly to my mother during the admission date. And the pro in our surgery ward is too helpful during this period. Thank you so much. But their is some delay in insurance section. Otherwise we are Happy.
