When I visited hospital to see the patient at 8:30 P. M. no one was there to respond me. Only one security guard was there who was sitting near the reception and main gate. I waited there for long time, Please keep one dedicated person on reception who would remain there 100% to handle the patients. Even the mobile number written on display doesn't exist.

Post 2 on 22 Aug 2024 :Responding to your comment- Did you even read my review? I wrote that the staff was rude to her and the doctor charged for nothing while his wife was the one handling the case. I never said that you should not ask for the details. And there was no legalities involved. Her soul is still suffering because of you. At least have some sense of humanity and accept your fault!! Post 1 in 2022: Dr. Kothari is not only a money monger but also not at all empathetic about his patients. His staff is worse than him. My sister who was 60% burnt was admitted at his hospital and he didn't have anything to do with the case as his wife was handling it still he just used to visit for 2 mins and charge 500 bucks for it. His staff taunted my sister for having got burnt and were rude to that poor girl. She died within few days.

Untill they were not paid , they were talks sweet and nicely . Once paid the amount then they even do not listen us . our experience was worst & hospital condition was very poor than the government hospital. Behaviour of doctors was as they were doing EHSAAN on us.

Because of doctor irresponsibility I have lost my husband's elder brother in this covid-19, He was just 42 years 😢😢. They have not attended our patient carefully, such a disgusting doctor. Doctors are meant to be God but in our case it's not same😔😔. Doctor could have save our brother's life if would have been taking proper care of patient. In this hospital doctors really don't care about patient. They just want to make money that's it. They just only come for round only. They have not done regular blood test check up even for checking improvement in health. We had to ask them to do the LFT blood test. What to say.we have lost him. But you people pls be careful before stepping into this hospital.
