I was admitted to Kshetrapal Hospital for a patella fracture surgery, and my experience was truly excellent. My orthopedician and surgeon, Dr. Jagdish Charan, was absolutely amazing. He is highly skilled, extremely prompt with his diagnosis, and has a very reassuring bedside manner. He did everything possible to ensure that the surgery went smoothly and comfortably, which gave me immense confidence and peace of mind. Dr. Jagdish Charan was not only exceptional during the surgery but also played a huge role in my recovery by constantly motivating and encouraging me. His moral support and positive attitude made a big difference throughout the healing process. The nursing staff and support staff were equally commendable—very caring, cooperative, and attentive to all our needs. They ensured I was comfortable at all times and provided excellent care and support. Overall, everyone—from Dr. Jagdish Charan to the nursing and support staff—made my experience at Kshetrapal Hospital truly positive. I highly recommend Kshetrapal Hospital for their impeccable care, professionalism, and compassionate service.
Good hospital. Facilities are good, but there are some scope of improvements in discharge and billing process. All-over good hospital with knowledgeable staff. All the nursing staff was very caring and supportive & with good behaviour.
Best hospital and facilities in ajmer...dr. Satish Sharma is very good dr. For chest and lungs .. unhone meri maa ke 90 % lungs ko tik kiya they are very polite and good dr in ajmer need to change teast of pantry... All over food is good... Sometimes the ICU nursing staff forgets to take a blood sample, and then they have to take the patient's blood sample again.
Satisfactory than others hospital in Ajmer. Each and every step's taken for patient first information was given to relative is best things. Overall very good. Son of shakila
