I had a very good experience at Mittal Hospital, Ajmer. The hospital is well maintained and clean, and the staff is caring and attentive. The nursing staff is very supportive and the hospital follows proper protocols, which gives patients and families a lot of confidence. The doctors are experienced and approachable, and overall the care provided is excellent. A special thanks to Nursing Superintendent Mr. Chandkaran for his dedication and efficient administration. I would definitely recommend Mittal Hospital to anyone looking for good treatment and reliable healthcare in Ajmer.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely concerning and unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly during the night shift on July 26th, 2025, in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and regarding the hospital's lift services. My newborn niece was admitted to the NICU for jaundice, and our experience was nothing short of distressing. During the night, the NICU staff displayed a severe lack of cooperation and sensitivity towards our baby. We observed our newborn crying for extended periods, yet she was not attended to promptly by the staff members. Furthermore, when light exposure therapy was initiated for her jaundice, it was done without proper eye covering, causing visible discomfort to the baby. When we brought this critical issue to the attention of the staff, their response was highly inappropriate and dismissive; they laughed and attributed our concern to "over-possessiveness." This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive to the anxieties of parents and family members with a vulnerable newborn. In addition to the issues within the NICU, the hospital's lift service was also a significant concern. Despite there being three lifts, only one was operational during the night. This led to considerable delays in attending to patients, some of whom undoubtedly required urgent transportation. Such inefficiency in essential services can have serious consequences for patient care. The combination of non-responsive and disrespectful staff in a critical care unit like the NICU, coupled with inadequate essential services, is highly detrimental to the reputation of what is otherwise considered a reputed hospital. Such incidents erode patient trust and can severely damage the hospital's standing within the community. I urge the hospital authorities to launch an immediate and thorough investigation into these matters. I request that appropriate disciplinary action be taken against the staff members involved to ensure such negligence and insensitivity are not repeated. Furthermore, I request that measures be implemented to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency, especially during night shifts, to maintain the high standards expected of your institution.
