Our overall experience at the hospital was good. Dr. Nupur Gupta, the pediatrician, is a wonderful doctor with a very polite and caring nature. She listens patiently, understands children’s conditions with great attention, and explains everything clearly to parents. Her behavior and approach make both the child and parents feel comfortable. However, there is some room for improvement in the discharge process. The hospital staff tends to take extra time during discharge, which can be a bit tiring for patients and their families. Other than that, everything — from consultation to treatment — went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nupur Gupta for her expertise and friendly nature.
