She listens patiently, understands children’s conditions with great attention, and explains everything clearly to parents. Her behavior and approach make both the child and parents feel comfortable. However, there is some room for improvement in the discharge process. The hospital staff tends to take extra time during discharge, which can be a bit tiring for patients and their families. Other than that, everything — from consultation to treatment — went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nupur Gupta for her expertise and friendly nature.
Dr Pooja Luthra has a very good behavior, she takes very good care of them and even in the operation theatre, I did not realize when the baby was born and she does the operation while talking to me, she is the best and I did not even realize it.And all the staff of the hospital are very good staff and if you see, the cleaning staff, doctors and nurses are all very good, so special
