My hospital stay was a truly wonderful experience. Dr. Viresh was very supportive and explained everything clearly which gave me a lot of confidence and comfort during my treatment. The staff in Room No. 211 was genuinely amazing—very caring polite and always ready to help. Their positive attitude made my stay much more comfortable and stress free. The food deserves a special mention—it was the best. The soups were so tasty and light that I actually wanted to know the recipe 😄 The khichdi and dalia were excellent and perfect for recovery Overall I felt safe well cared and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality care. Thank you to Dr. Viresh and the entire hospital team. 🙏 Haven't clicked any pictures though

I am a patient from CGHS department. Here I got treatment done from Dr. Meera Gaur. The doctor is very nice and his way of talking is very good. And the best thing is that Ms. Madhuri from CGHS department is very nice, despite being so busy she helps by attending all the calls and replies on WhatsApp. Till date no one has helped me like Madhuri ma'am in any hospital. Thank you so much Dr. Meera Guar and Ms. Madhuri.

Very bad experience of visiting first time. Being a private hospital there is no doctor available for general medications. The receptionist is full on attitude and least bother to give any proper response. Worst than the givernment hospital that in case of emergency also there is no doctor available. Will never suggest anyone to visit there even in emergency.

Lost Trust -unethical billing and poor transparency -- bill shoes Dr visited 4 times but the same Dr was on leave for 2-3 days never visited the patient. A lot of items added in bills which was not required and was not used and for return they ask to talk to management. Be very cautions while visiting Ram Lal and Kundan hospital . If no choice , please remember these points will help you 1. Note down these thing Actual doctor visits vs. billed visits. or if Dr not visited that day , you should not be charged - they add twice visit charges If the doctor was on leave, note the dates. Often, admin staff or junior doctors may check in, but the bill still reflects senior doctor fees. Keep a daily log of interactions, medicines given, and services received. Compare this log with the bill to identify discrepancies. 2. Items added in bill that were not used Ask for refund before paying the full amount otherwise they will not return it and will ask to talk to Management. 3. If You're Insured or Under CGHS -- Better not visit here !! Be aware: hospitals may extend your stay unnecessarily (e.g., 4–5 days) even if recovery is faster. This inflates billing and resource usage. Insist on discharge if medically cleared. 4. Advice for Patients Note down every item given—medicines, gloves, syringes, etc.—and ask for their prices. Watch for silent additions like hand gloves billed and track pads at ₹1550 or similar inflated consumables. Not even used or required. Ask for return policies on unused items

I friend was admitted here as he met with a motorbike accident. The staff is not active at the first place but after that they have provided the room and medication required. He was admitted on Saturday and they said either go with the operation today or we will only operate on Monday as the Dr. Would be on leave on Sunday, which is ridiculous.
