Day by day service is pathetic No one cares. Request to u kindly change your staff or teach them how to behave with the patient. They are always busy on calls and chats. So how we connect with u. No one is responding on customer care no. I found people are picking up the call and keep the handset away without responding..I have faced this issues trice in 2 days and last I have come here to comment. I simply wanted an appointment to book. Please check with your staffs.
I am happy with the service provided by them, staffs are professional. Lab is neat and clean. Home collection facility is available. Overall had a good experience.
