Pathetic and highly unprofessional experience! We admitted my mother to this hospital for surgery, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The final hospital bill was grossly inflated. Pre-surgery tests conducted at the same hospital were approximately ₹24,000 (as confirmed with their own lab), yet the final bill reflected a charge of ₹42,000, with no proper explanation or justification. This feels like systematic overcharging and a complete lack of transparency. More concerning was the complete absence of the main surgeon during post-surgery care. Despite my mother being admitted for six days, the surgeon did not visit even once after the procedure. We repeatedly followed up and were given false assurances by Ms. Shreya that the doctor would come, only to later be told that the surgeon “manages four hospitals.” This is unacceptable when a patient is recovering from surgery. The hospital’s attitude clearly reflects profit over patient care. There was no accountability, no empathy, and no concern for post-operative recovery. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against undergoing any surgical procedure at this hospital.

My mother underwent knee replacement surgery at this hospital, within 24 hours of surgery during her ICU stay, she developed a severe skin injury in the lower back. This complication has caused significant suffering, prolonged wound care, and emotional distress for our family. Pressure injuries in post-operative patients are largely preventable with proper repositioning, skin monitoring, and moisture protection protocols. We were neither adequately informed nor guided regarding preventive measures, and the injury was noticed only after shifting from ICU to the room. Post-surgical care is just as important as the surgery itself. Hospitals must ensure strict nursing supervision and pressure sore prevention protocols, especially for elderly and immobile patients.
