We had a wonderful experience at Agarwal Eye Hospital, Aundh, where both my mother and father underwent cataract surgery by Dr. Pankaj Aaswa sir. From consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. We would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Padmalaxmi ma’am for her kindness, patience, and support throughout the process. She took the time to explain things clearly and ensured my parents felt comfortable and well cared for at every visit. The surgeries were smooth, the recovery has been excellent, and the improvement in vision has been remarkable. We are truly grateful to both doctors and the entire hospital staff. Highly recommended. I did cataract surgery of in law who is 67 years old. I am not happy with overall experience while this is second time we did knowing dr panakaj asawa . Post operation they called next day for check up and asked to wait for 45-60 minutes. Being senior citizen requested them to speed up but no chance … so when comes to get engaged about medical procedure then fine after that no care …expected that being senior citizens they could have given priority … I will rate approach is not good may dr is good

I visited the hospital for my aunt’s cataract treatment, and I must say — this has been one of the most pleasant hospital experiences I have ever had, which is extremely rare nowadays. From the very first meeting itself, The Manager, Mr. Bhavesh and Senior Counselor Miss Tarana made a huge positive difference. Miss Tarana explained the entire treatment process in clear, detailed and simple language, answered every question patiently, and most importantly, gave us complete confidence and peace of mind regarding the procedure. Her humility, professionalism, deep process knowledge and warm attitude truly stand out. She didn’t just guide us medically, but also helped us optimize the treatment cost in the most transparent and ethical way. Her ability to understand the patient’s concern, explain options honestly and still remain extremely kind and supportive is truly commendable. What impressed me the most is how everyone in this hospital — from the reception staff, counseling team, nurses, manager to the doctors — is happy, approachable, respectful and genuinely caring. There is no typical hospital stress here. The environment feels calm, organized and positive, which itself helps in the patient’s recovery. This hospital is truly different from others — the systems are smooth, the staff is well-trained, and the entire experience feels human, warm and reassuring rather than mechanical.
