Today I visited Naithani Eye Clinic and experienced something very rare and impressive. After discussing my problem and paying the consultation fee, Naithani ma’am clearly told me that they were not the right experts for this specific issue and immediately guided me to the correct doctor. She also refunded the entire consultation fee without hesitation, which I honestly did not expect at all. This kind of honesty and ethics builds huge trust. Our experience with the MM Naithani Eye Institute has been wonderful during my spouses pre and post eye surgery. Dr Naithani is approachable and attends patient's patiently.
