Maa Saraswati Hospital and Dialysis Centre

My experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing. The behavior of several staff members was unprofessional and lacked politeness. There was a serious breakdown in communication, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion for us during a difficult time. However, I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Hakim for his excellent support. He listened to us patiently, explained everything clearly, and provided proper guidance and treatment. His approach was professional and reassuring. Overall, I am concerned about the coordination of services. The treatment process did not seem to be handled efficiently, yet the charges were very high. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service quality and communication.

All services are at average level. Please there is scope to improve services like TV not working in room, goodnight mosquito killing machine not provided,only tea provided nothing else like bread or biscuit, there was cockroaches inside the room. Rest all good staff and doctare polite

I would like to thank the hospital staff for their care and support during my stay. The doctors, nurses, and all the team were very helpful and attentive. The discharge process was smooth and well-managed. Overall, I am satisfied with the treatment and services provided. thank you.

I am very disappointed with the delay in treatment at this hospital. My Mother arrived on 8 Jan at 13.00 with breathing problem, but we had to wait for around 2 hours before a doctor attended, after checkup they were waited us for 5 hours for taking x-ray. During this time there was no proper update or explanation. This delay shows poor management of hospital. I request the hospital management to review this incident, improve triage and communication with patients and attendants, and ensure that such delays do not happen to others in future.

Very Good service and Excellent treatment done of my patients . Hospital is very hygiene and clean . All doctors and nursing staff, reception are very cooperative.
