What patients say
2,563 on GoogleThis is the worst hospital of nsp-virar specially if u r looking for delivery. It's been 2.5 months to my c-section delivery my stitches are healed bt evn the slightest nerve pain reminds me of excruciating pain i had while operation. 1. There were hardly 4 ppl in operation theatre including doctr, anaesthetist and 2 nurses. Doesn't matter if the team is capable of taking care of patient bt in this hospital the team clearly failed. They did not check the numbness before cutting my belly, after the first cut i complained them with teary eyes that it's hurting me bt the anaesthetist confidently assumed it's just tingling sention and told me don't u know its just the pulling/tingling sensation u must hv had in ur 1st delivery. I told him this is not the same the pain is unbearable. Meanwhile dr. Rahul Patil did not stop there instead he kept cutting my belly even when I was screaming not a single person there tried to help me or console during this painful moment.. due to the pain i cud not even see my baby bt only felt excruciating pain of pulling everything out from my belly. I remember anesthetic yelling at me don't u want to see ur baby or shud i give u the 2nd dose and put u to sleep. They did give me 2nd dose and it started working just before giving me stitches. 2. I was put in ICU for 24hrs which looked more like a general ward bt with no care at all. My body started intensely shivering immediately after I was moved from operation theatre to ICU. I told the nurse tht my body is shaking badly and wanted to see my family as I was still then suffering from trauma she sd she ll call my husband bt evn after pleading for no of times she just kept fooling me that he is coming to see u and shut ur eyes wen i was not able to stay still or hold back my tears. I wanted to knw if my baby is alright. My husband and 8yrs old boy are they managing well without me as there was nobody to look after them. We chose this hospital 30 mins away from my house just looking at the hospitals nd dr. google Rating ne that was the worst decision of my life. 3. Some of the nurses were good at heart bt with zero experience. In ICU one nurse was telling the other not to give whole dose of some medicine in IV to me. They were confused abt which medicine to be given to me. 4. For every single thing I had to call nurse multiple times wen i was not able to move (within 24hrs of delivery) eg. Changing my pads. They kept me dirty till the bed was all wet frm periods bleeding. One kind maushi had to shout the nurses becoz they were simply ignoring for all my requests evn the cotton to cover my ears i had to ask multiple times. 5. I had burnt kind of marks on my body either due to medicine reaction or the way they transferred me frm stretcher to bed. Wen i was put on bed frm stretcher my body was not in a straight or comfortable position as I cudnt move by myself I asked th nurse to put my body straight to prevent uncomfortable aching which she completely ignored and after 5-6hrs she helped me upon my husband's request I shared the negative feedback to the hospital owner aswell and they were sorry abt it. Later came to knw that the anaesthetist who was overconfident and rude was actually present on his wifes duty as she could not make it that day. Requesting ppl who r planning there delivery here, pls go somewhere else and do not ever consult with dr. Rahul Patil, as he has no sympathy. Evn the municipal hospitals and their doctors are better than this. They ruined my maternity experience.
We have visited the hospital multiple times, experience was satisfactory. TPA, admin staff are very helpful. I would say, sisters & housekeeping staff do take a good care of patients. Thanks to Mr Goyal for good culture.
My mother underwent hemorrhoid surgery on 1 January 2026 at Riddhi Vinayak Hospital, Nalasopara West under Dr. Mukund Shinde. Unfortunately, even after the surgery, her condition has not improved, and we are extremely disappointed with the overall experience and outcome. What disturbed us the most was the behavior of Dr. Mukund Shinde. In our experience, his communication was very unprofessional and insensitive. He did not seem to know how to speak respectfully to a senior citizen. The way he spoke to my mother was upsetting and lacked basic courtesy and empathy. My mother was admitted for one week, but the doctor visited her only once during the entire stay. We felt there was a serious lack of attention, follow-up, and proper monitoring. She was admitted through ESIC, and it honestly felt like the hospital was less attentive because of that. Whether intentional or not, the level of care seemed careless and negligent compared to what we expected. This experience has been stressful and disappointing for our family. I strongly advise future patients to ask detailed questions, ensure proper follow-up care, and carefully consider their options before choosing this hospital. Despite undergoing surgery at Riddhi Vinayak Hospital under Dr. Mukund Shinde, my mother did not recover properly. Her condition did not improve after the procedure, and we eventually had to consult another doctor and undergo a second surgery. This was extremely stressful for our family, both emotionally and financially. In our experience, the initial surgery did not provide the expected results, which raises serious concerns about the quality of treatment provided. I have never come across such a disappointing medical experience in my life. We trusted the hospital and the doctor, but unfortunately, that trust was broken.
I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hospitality services I experienced during my recent visit. The staff were incredibly cooperative and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Additionally, I was impressed with the efficiency of the medical insurance services. The process was quick and seamless, making my experience much easier than I anticipated. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and grateful for the support I received.
