Review for Madhav Netralay My father recently underwent cataract surgery at Madhav Netralay, and our experience was truly exceptional. From consultation to surgery and discharge, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. A special mention to the Insurance TPA Desk, especially Vasudha Gondane and Pallavi, for their outstanding support. They guided us through the entire cashless insurance process with patience and clarity. Their understanding nature, quick response, and efficient coordination made the whole procedure completely seamless. We didn’t have to worry about any paperwork or delays—they took care of everything smoothly and promptly. Thank you, Vasudha Gondane and Pallavi, for your dedication and excellent service. Your efforts truly made a difference in our experience. Keep up the great work!

Really appreciate good staff and facilities. But only 1 issue is that wont go for Cashless reimbursement because some part will be approved by our insurance company. Rest of the amount they will pay/transfer to Hospital's acount after some days and as per hospitals Special Rule they will give/transfer this remaining amount to patient's acount not actual policy holder's acount. 🤦‍♂️ So many new rules by hospital. Acount staff is not so good. After 1 month of surgery still they have not transforred remaining amount of reimbursement even they have already received from Insurance Company. Every time they are giving silly reasons behind of this like NEFT transfer has been failed.. Second.. Higher authority signature is pending... Very pathetic.

My father and mother recently visited Madhav Netralaya and had an interaction at the registration counter with Girish Labhe — a slim, fair-complexioned person with a moustache. They politely asked him to recheck whether the doctor was available for the follow-up, but his response was very rude and piercing in tone. He even said things like “people like you”, which was extremely disrespectful. This should not be happening in a reputed hospital like this. This hospital is meant to be a form of seva, and people like him are making it look bad. Such behavior is not acceptable and does not align with the values of Param Pujya Guruji Shri Madhavraoji Sadashivrao Golwalkar, whose name the hospital proudly carries. We sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that patients and their families are treated with the respect and compassion they deserve.

I had an excellent experience at madhav netralay. The staff were polite, professional, and very caring. The doctors explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facilities were clean and well maintained. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and highly recommend this hospital for any eye-related treatment.
