My mother's both eyes cataract surgery done here. The staff was very cooperative and helping. The doctor were also very informative, understanding and calm. Elegantly handled The query of the patient and relatives.
Do not go here on the basis of advertisements. The worst treatment by staffs. Long queues with no approx time guarantee of your number. Only and only time pass done by the nurse staff. Before showing to Dr. Bawankule you'll have to go through 4-5 different stages of checkup and doctors which consumes a lot of time which is actually a wastage. My just normal checkup took 5-6 hrs of looooong wait time here. Definitely not coming here the next time for any eye problem and not suggesting anybody to go here for eye issues.
Dr. Bawankule is a classic example of the saying — if you want to get your work done, go to a busy man; the other kind has no time. He truly reflects this — extremely well-organized, precise, and perfection personified. It was a wonderful experience having my wife’s cataract surgery done under his care. An excellent job indeed — we are proud of you, Dr. Bawankule.
Best Eye Doctor. My sister has retina related problem, had surgery here. Surgery was free of cost under MJPJAY Scheme. We are satisfied with all the services, support from staff and specially thankful to Dr bawankule sir
