The staff behaviour at Mahalaxmi Hospital is very disappointing. Especially the person at the medical counter behaves very rudely and unprofessionally. Patients expect respect and proper guidance, but the staff does not cooperate at all. The hospital management should seriously look into this issue and improve their service.
