I would like to bring to your attention the extremely poor and unhygienic condition of the washroom in female oncology ward. The current situation is so pathetic that it has become almost impossible for anyone to use it. The cleanliness and maintenance standards appear to be completely neglected. Such conditions not only create inconvenience for users but also pose serious health and hygiene concerns. Washrooms are a basic necessity, and maintaining them in a clean and usable condition is essential.

During my visit i experienced rude and careless treatment from the staff The staff member spoke disrespectfully and did not provide proper assistance. As a patient/attendant, I found this behavior very upsetting and unacceptable. Hospitals should maintain professionalism and treat patients with care and respect.

I investigate NCCT PNS (CT Scan of Para Nasal Sinuses). I came for collect report and contact counter No 4, but they denied for report and say for collect from X ray Report Counter. I contact at that counter, a Ma’am without seeing directly denied and say I don’t know… report kahan milegi… I called to your so called toll free no…. Same behaviour found at that no…. Call ha forwarded to a Mdam and according to her, contact to Counter No 4. I also ask her name, but she has no name. I think your employee did not know rules of toll free number. I again go to counter no 4, same procedure start. After that I go to counter No 8 at OPD, there Same a Madam, who always on lunch without any time. Will you tell about such type of facility you provided is good in such type industry. Repost collection is so hectic in your hospital. What happened with the patient who came from very far from Jaipur. All hospital provides report online but your so called very good hospital (only I heard not feel) has closed this facility. I think you should train your employee about their behaviour and facility that has to provide. In Jaipur, very hospital available why will any patient come to your hospital. Matter is very much serious and is to be published in social media and print media also. With this, matter should be go to Legal Forum also. Hospital is good, Doctors are experienced. If you compare to other private hospitals it is far better and if you are paying money here then there are high chances that your disease will address and solved. Only issue here is management and process. Unnecessarily creating ruckus for patients or attendants. If your concern department is on ground floor then your ward may be on basement or any other floor. Same with Radiology, same with Pharmacy. The pain and time consumed moving from here and there can be avoided. I always found long queue at MH-6 pharmacy with very less serious and attentive storekeeper. They will delay the things. This is not a government hospital but the residents doctors working here are saying yaha sab sarkari jesa hisab hai. I visited Ophthalmology department for my father Cataract surgery. Dr. C.P Gupta is the senior doctor and an experienced one but he will not answer your queries directly. Ghuma ke indirectly reply karege wo. Pata ni nature esa hai ya sympathy nahi hai. People connect should be expected from a Senior Doctor. Cataract ka private hospital me surgery ke baad ghar bhej dete hai within 1 hour. Yaha apko 1 din pahle admit karege or 1 din baad discharge karenge. Don't know why. Dr. Sarita Jain was very helpful and supportive. She is far better, responsive than C.P Gupta. Kuch process, system and management me sudhar kia jaye to ye bhi Ahmedabad jese renowned hospitals jesa Jaipur me ban jaye.

The entire staff, from the doctors to the nurses and support team, were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. - Excellent Care: All doctors, Department of CDS, Dr, Naimish N Mehta Chairman CDS, Dr. Vivek A Saraswat, Prof, & Head Hematology, Dr. Ajay Sharma, Prof. & Head Surgical Gastroenterology, Dr. Karan Kumar, Dr. Anand Nagar, Dr. Vinay Mahala Ect. demonstrated exceptional expertise and compassion. Their bedside manner was outstanding, and they took the time to address all my questions and concerns. - Prompt Service: The hospital's service was prompt, and the staff was always available to assist me with any needs or concerns I had. - The hospital's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained and the amenities were excellent.
