I recently had to be hospitalised due to Liver Infection and severe Jaundice at Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Jaipur! Dr. Amit Kr. Sanghi's care was top-notch, and his approach put me at ease throughout my IPD treatment. I'm grateful to him for my faster recovery. However, I had already undergone treatment and been hospitalised in Surat, Gujarat, but couldn't see the expected positive results. Of course, the nursing staff plays a key role in patient recovery along with the doctor's guidance – I'd like to appreciate Mr. Pawan Jangid and Mr. Vijay Sharma, who were incredibly supportive and caring. Their dedication and kindness weren't just limited to me; I saw how they cared for every patient with compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Kudos to them! Thanks, Dr. Sanghi, for your excellent treatment and guidance. Your entire team's warmth and expertise made a huge difference. One thing that could be improved is TPA support; it's significantly better in other hospitals. My overall experience was really excellent with this Multispeciality healthcare hospital. Narayana health is threat to security. I got call from hospital and came for some emergency situation for my daughter who was admitted in private ward charges rs 5000 per day. I parked my bike in 2 wheelers parking with no specific information about what kind of parking was that. Bajiya shrma was shouting on me and commenting to patient that "muft ki parking chahiye" his incharge Vijay pradhan came to the place and he is shouting that I will make you prisoner for 6 month with false complaint and evidence and you won't be able to do anything and will spoil your carrier and business. He did not even listen what was happened. This is how security of such a hospital treating a patient and attended who is paying 1 lac bill just for 10 rs parking in emergency situation. Moreover there floor staff is not supporting. Not acting in emergency and just watching reels. Worst experience I am facing and this is all happening after I escalated to supervisor and incharge and case getting resolved without resolution and discussion. What kind of service and security narayana is providing at jaipur location. Don't go to narayana if you don't want to get touched even when you are paying to hospital.

Had a great experience at Narayana Hospital. The staff was professional and very supportive. Special thanks to Bharti Galani for her kind and helpful nature. She handled everything smoothly and made us feel comfortable during a stressful time. Highly recommended !
