I recently had to be hospitalised due to Liver Infection and severe Jaundice at Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Jaipur! Dr. Amit Kr. Sanghi's care was top-notch, and his approach put me at ease throughout my IPD treatment. I'm grateful to him for my faster recovery. However, I had already undergone treatment and been hospitalised in Surat, Gujarat, but couldn't see the expected positive results. Of course, the nursing staff plays a key role in patient recovery along with the doctor's guidance – I'd like to appreciate Mr. Pawan Jangid and Mr. Vijay Sharma, who were incredibly supportive and caring. Their dedication and kindness weren't just limited to me; I saw how they cared for every patient with compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Kudos to them! Thanks, Dr. Sanghi, for your excellent treatment and guidance. Your entire team's warmth and expertise made a huge difference. One thing that could be improved is TPA support; it's significantly better in other hospitals. My overall experience was really excellent with this Multispeciality healthcare hospital. Had a great experience at Narayana Hospital. The staff was professional and very supportive. Special thanks to Bharti Galani for her kind and helpful nature. She handled everything smoothly and made us feel comfortable during a stressful time. Highly recommended !

Narayana health is threat to security. I got call from hospital and came for some emergency situation for my daughter who was admitted in private ward charges rs 5000 per day. I parked my bike in 2 wheelers parking with no specific information about what kind of parking was that. Bajiya shrma was shouting on me and commenting to patient that "muft ki parking chahiye" his incharge Vijay pradhan came to the place and he is shouting that I will make you prisoner for 6 month with false complaint and evidence and you won't be able to do anything and will spoil your carrier and business. He did not even listen what was happened. This is how security of such a hospital treating a patient and attended who is paying 1 lac bill just for 10 rs parking in emergency situation. Moreover there floor staff is not supporting. Not acting in emergency and just watching reels. Worst experience I am facing and this is all happening after I escalated to supervisor and incharge and case getting resolved without resolution and discussion. What kind of service and security narayana is providing at jaipur location. Don't go to narayana if you don't want to get touched even when you are paying to hospital.

THINGS I LIKED MOST : I stayed their for 4 days for my second childbirth and availed private room 207. I admire their prompt attention on any requirement of patient and attendant. All nursing staff, housekeeping staffs were very helpful and caring.Smiling faces , Cooperative nature, full of compassion.They have developed all necessary qualities in their staff. Whoever manages all this is a great person who understands what patients and their family members need in a panic situation of hospitalization. ABOUT DOCTORS : Our doctor MRS USHA AGRAWAL treated us like a family member in just 3-4 visits. Again she was very caring and helpful. All other junior doctors were also very helpful and supportive. ABOUT HOSPITAL: I liked their appointment booking & payment making kiosks and NH app. I always booked my appointment through app and found it very helpful. Their routine of doctor visits, nursing staff visits, housekeeping staffs routine were so regular and managed. Even after providing such smooth & regular services they also provided a ring bell and helpline number of every department ,which was very helpful and prompt action taken whenever I called on them. I am writing this review just because I have also faced 1 month hospitalization in EHCC in 2023 and now I realised that how a hospital's doctors and their staffs should treat patients and attendants in their toughest time of life. EHCC is a gang of goons who just focus on your pockets and the Care,compassion, and behaviour of staff I found in Narayana Hrudayalaya , even 1% of that was not in EHCC. In the end would like to say that every hospital should learn from Narayana Hrudayalaya that how a hospital should be.

We had a very satisfactory experience at Narayana Hospital, Jaipur. The overall quality of treatment and patient care is commendable. The TPA Department deserves special appreciation for its excellent, efficient, and well-coordinated services. The team is professional, responsive, and ensures smooth handling of all insurance-related processes, which significantly reduces stress for patients and attendants. The medical treatment provided is of a high standard. The doctors are highly experienced, professional, and compassionate in their approach. The nursing staff is well-trained, attentive, and consistently supportive throughout the treatment process. The front office / ITC desk and other hospital staff are courteous, cooperative, and well-organized, ensuring seamless coordination and timely assistance. Overall, Narayana Hospital, Jaipur maintains high standards of healthcare delivery, patient safety, and service excellence. It is a reliable and well-managed healthcare institution, and we would confidently recommend it for quality medical care.
