Great treatment and excellent facilities. Thanks to Dr. P.C. Manoria, Pankaj Manoria, and the entire hospital staff for their cooperation and support. The doctors are very polite and professional. Everything was handled efficiently. It only took half a day. They do not force patients to get admitted or pay any lump sum amount unnecessarily. The doctors are understanding and make both the patient and the family feel comfortable.

I came from Kerala and I was doubtful regarding treatment in bhopal. but then I met Dr.pankaj I can assure all of you he is a best and professional doctor.everything every minute was well schedule Abt my surgery treatment and medication. i stayed in manoria hospital for 2 days.and everypart of my treatment was well planned and well organised. I always says Greatest dr never run behind money .he is one of them he only loves to treat people in best way without caring Abt money .thank you much doctor pankaj....

👎👎Very disappointing experience with the pharmacy and overall billing process of this hospital. A few days back, the pharmacy staff insisted on cash payment only and refused to accept UPI. Since I was in a hurry, I had no option but to pay in cash. Today again, after packing all my medicines, when I asked to pay via UPI, I was told to wait for 15 minutes. The QR code is always kept hidden, and customers are pushed to pay in cash. If someone doesn’t have cash and insists on UPI, they are made to wait unnecessarily. Pharmacy staff behavior is also rude and impolite, and the way they talk to patients and attendants is not respectful at all. Another serious issue is with billing and transparency. Once the hospital comes to know that the patient has health insurance, expenses are unnecessarily increased to boost the bill. Some investigations/procedures were done for my mother without clearly informing us, and I only came to know about them when the final bill was generated. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. Hospital management should urgently look into payment practices, staff behavior, and billing transparency. Patients and families deserve honest and respectful treatment.

Today my father is getting discharged and we are so overwhelmed because he is absolutely fine now. Just a week ago when he was admitted here his condition was very critical. We are so thankful towards the entire staff of this hospital and especially the team of doctors Mr Pankaj Manoria and Mr Piyush Manoria. Expressing our gratitude towards this excellent hospital.

Worst hospital experience ever. They turn healthy people into patients. Using reports, they create false urgency to push for hospitalisation. I cross-checked with six cardiologists — all confirmed that the medications and admission suggested here were completely unnecessary. My father walked into this hospital on his own and, after treatment under Dr. Pankaj Manoria, ended up bedridden for a long time. To make matters worse, their chemist shop is equally incompetent — they handed over wrong medicines with different names and compositions. Because of this hospital and its pharmacy, my father’s normal health deteriorated badly. Only after stopping their treatment has he finally started to improve. A big NO! It's a business over humanity and incompetency of shallow minds
