390 on Google⚠️ Medical Negligence — A Life Lost Doctor didn’t show up for 3 days , no tests were done on time, no proper monitoring, and after delaying treatment for days, they finally said “take her somewhere else.” That delay killed my grandmother on 31 Oct 2025. We are filing an official complaint with the Health Department. Please don’t trust this hospital — your family deserves real care, not excuses.
Wanted to visit gastroenterologist and as doctors were not available at that time.. Had visited this hospital. There were 3 patients before me.. but doctor made me wait for 2 hours. Highly unprofessional and doesn't value others time. Also he didn't prescribe any medicine, rather written all possible tests to be done from hospital. If doctor has to check all of the reports and only then he can prescribe medicine, I think any doctor can do this. I may be having less knowledge and doctor knows best. But again this is my view. There is definitely no test which is unnecessary but again.. that doesn't mean all test has to be done to diagnose basic problem.
Very nice staff behaviour. 27x7 facilities. Doctor behaviour is also good, nicely explained everything. Cleaning on time, They change Bedsheet and patient dress on daily basis.
Unethical practices and mental harassment I had a very traumatic experience with this hospital. My father was treated here for over a month, and the doctors kept terrifying us by claiming it could be cancer. They performed biopsies and endoscopies twice within a month, but all reports were clear. Even the CT scan done from outside showed nothing. Despite no clear diagnosis, they kept calling us every 7 days just to collect fees and prescribed medicines that provided zero relief. After exhausting our time and money, the doctor finally admitted he couldn't handle the case and told us to go to a bigger hospital. This place seems more interested in making money through unnecessary tests than actually treating patients. It is heartbreaking to see medical professionals lack empathy and competence. I would highly recommend avoiding this hospital if you care about your loved ones.
