I am deeply hurt and disappointed by our experience at this hospital. It felt like money was the main priority rather than patient care. There was constant focus on payments and charges, even while our family was going through an extremely stressful time. What was even more upsetting was the behavior of some of the senior doctors. They were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic empathy while speaking to the patient and our family. In moments like these, families need compassion and reassurance — not arrogance. A close family member was admitted in stable condition, but instead of improving, their health has declined during the stay. Watching this happen has been heartbreaking and frightening for all of us. We trusted this hospital with our loved one’s life. Sadly, our experience has left us feeling helpless and deeply disappointed.

Recently my wife delivered at Mata Roop Rani Maggo Hospital. Overall, the hospital facilities, doctors, and nursing staff were excellent. The medical care, hygiene, and support during delivery were truly commendable. We are genuinely satisfied with the treatment provided. However, I would like to highlight one important concern regarding the triple sharing rooms. In our experience, the hospital allotted two female patients and one male patient in the same triple sharing room. This arrangement can make female patients uncomfortable, especially in a maternity ward where privacy and comfort are extremely important. In such sensitive situations, especially post-delivery, maintaining privacy and ensuring a comfortable environment for female patients should be a priority. I respectfully request the hospital management to reconsider this room allocation policy and ensure that triple sharing rooms in maternity wards are assigned to female patients only. Apart from this issue, our overall experience was very good, and we appreciate the medical team’s efforts. — Abhinav Anand

This is my experience and a few of my thoughts about the hospital that I’m going to share. I hope that after reading this, the management will definitely make some changes. 1. The delivery staff’s service was not good at all; my wife told me she didn’t feel like she was in a private hospital, A responsible staff member should take good care of the patient, but my wife told me she had to wait thirty to forty‑five minutes even for a glass of water because there was no staff on the floor. When she finally saw someone, she had to call them herself to get the water. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable for a private hospital that people trust. 2. My wife said that the doctor’s introduction in the delivery room wasn’t very noticeable; most of the work was being done by the nurses. At the very least, doctors should check on their patient once every two or three hours to see how they’re doing. 3. We had to see a different doctor on every visit and repeat our previous history each time, which felt quite impractical. I believe the doctor‑patient relationship is very important; changing doctors frequently increases the chance of breaking that bond. So my suggestion is that doctors or any caregiver shouldn’t be swapped repeatedly. I request the hospital management to please consider my concerns, read them carefully, and try to improve them. We come to the hospital with high expectations for good care and a pleasant environment, and when those aren’t met, it feels really disappointing for the patient.

This hospital is more focused on profits Every step felt like a money grab — unnecessary tests, inflated charges, and zero cost transparency. Even basic care came with hidden fees. It’s clear they prioritize billing over healing. Extremely disappointing and unethical. Exactly this happened with me I took my son in emergency but staff asked me to go here and there and after reaching ground floor they 1st asked for consultancy fees at reception which I was ok to pay but at reception there was a new receptionists seating and taking long to enter even minor details like name age so I requested other staff to do it fast as my son is serious but all I got was eye rolls and attitude -Doctor was good no doubt - but again for blood test i have to go to 3 different departments with my baby who is in pain then finally NICU staff took the blood test and when i asked from where and when we can collect the report she angrily said mujhe nahi pta - i mean what is this in govt hospital also i think no staff speaks like that -Very disappointed -Please ask your staff to be cooperative and helpful

No matter how much I say good things about this hospital, it will be less. My two twins were born here in 12 feb 2025. Naman Kalra Sir and Isha khetrpal mam Both are very excellent consultant, they treats the patient like a family member. Recently both my children got pneumonia, Both had a lot of breathing problems but when they were admitted in ICU here and after 5 days both the babies became healthy. ICU staff take the babies in their lap as if they are a member of his family. They himself takes more care of the child।।।।। Most important things jo mujhe personaly achhi lgi wo ye h ki yha attendents ke liye bethne ke liye ground floor and basement m sofe lga rkhe hai jo bahut comfortable hai,and yha cleanliness ki to bat hi alg hai ek dm excellent hai...and yha hmare kisi bhi kaam ya bat pr turnt action hota h esa nhi h ki yha hmari bate ignore ki jaye....etc
