First of all I want to thank you the AAKASH FAMILY for giving tremendous services during 7 days of my stay. I highly recommend Akash hospital as always as my father has been treated here for multiple medical issues from past 7 to 8 years.My father is a COPD patient and first time he is admitted to Aakash hospital in emergency although he is an existing patient of Dr. AKSHAY BUDHRAJA (RESPIRATORY AND PULMONARY) and Dr. GIRISH SHARMA (Urology). DR. Akshay always took the time to listen to all the concerns for my father's treatment, explained me diagnosis clearly, and treat him so well. He is the best doctor. I felt truly cared and confident in his expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-notch medical care in *Respiratory and pulmonary*. I had an amazing experience with him as well as with the hospital during my father's admission in an emergency. The staff of Aakash is so concerned and alert for all their patients as well as their families too. During admission, I am really impressed with the staff specially *Prince Parmar* from Nursing staff as he is very devoted towards his duty and help the patient whosoever needs his help. He never wait for another staff member if somebody tell him to do something either that patient is assigned him or not. He is a true model of humanity. *Samreen* from Nursing staff is also soo good, hardworking and make me soo comfortable at night as I haven't slept from past 4 days and 4 nights continuously and when she was on duty at night I slept so peacefully even in the hospital after 4days and 4 nights long cause of her. Akash hospital's all the staff members and the head of the departments are so concerned for their patients as well as the attendant present there. They are asking again and again if we any complaints, delays in the treatment or in service by any of the staff members. It was a wonderful experience and so comfortable during my stay. #unprofessional #unfairly #poor management #disrespectful word I had an appointment at 11:10 AM and reached the hospital around 10:30 AM. However, the registration process itself took until 11:27 AM. After completing the registration, I was informed that the doctor had not yet arrived. The doctor finally came at around 1:30 PM and first attended to previous patients. I fail to understand why appointments are scheduled so early if the doctor is going to arrive so late. Is a patient’s time not important? The staff behavior was also disappointing. I was not allowed to use the lift and was told to take the stairs, while other people were clearly using the lift without any issue. This felt unfair and unprofessional. The entire process, including tests, took until 4 PM. I was then told to come the next day with the reports. The next day, I was instructed not to take an appointment and to simply come at 2 PM to show the reports. I arrived at 1:50 PM, but once again I was made to wait for nearly 3 hours. Because of this poor management, I even missed an important meeting. At 5 PM, I was informed that the doctor’s time was over and that he would not see any more patients. I was shocked—why was I asked to come at a specific time if I was not going to be seen? When I expressed that my time is also valuable, the doctor briefly looked at the report for 1–2 minutes and explained it using complex medical terminology. When I politely requested him to explain the results in simple language so I could understand, he became angry and accused me of wasting his time. He also used disrespectful words, which was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. As a patient, I expect basic respect, proper communication, and time management. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by long waiting hours, poor coordination, unfair treatment, and disrespectful behavior. This kind of management is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients already come with stress and concern about their health. I sincerely hope the hospital improves its scheduling system, staff behavior, and patient communication in the future.
