I underwent a caesarean section under Dr Sonia Naik and her team, and I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, care, and unwavering support. From pre-op to post-op, they ensured I felt safe, informed, and truly cared for. Dr Naik’s expertise and approachable manner made a very stressful time completely manageable. My little one also received outstanding care for physiological jaundice under Dr Manish Malik and his team. Even though he was not on duty in the NICU that day, Dr Malik personally ensured my baby was closely monitored and well looked after.His guidance, patience, and readiness to answer any queries were invaluable, making our journey smooth and reassuring. From the surgical team to the NICU staff, every member of Max Smart Saket was attentive, professional, and compassionate. The hospital maintains an excellent standard of care and makes you feel genuinely supported at every step. I am profoundly grateful to the doctors and staff for their expertise and kindness and would recommend Max Smart Saket without hesitation for anyone seeking exceptional maternal and neonatal care.
